We grew up around people who believed food was medicine.
The villages our parents came from didn't have ultra-processed foods, endless ingredient lists, or products engineered for shelf life.
Food was simple. Seasonal. Local.
People relied on real food to nourish their bodies and support their health. As we got older, that early appreciation for food evolved into something deeper.
A fascination with health. A curiosity about performance. An obsession with understanding what helps the human body function at its best.

The more we learned, the more we realized one simple truth:
