Nutrition wasn't always complicated. We made it that way.
We grew up around people who believed food was medicine. And we believe it is.
The villages our parents came from didn't have ultra-processed foods, endless ingredient lists, or products engineered for shelf life. Food was simple. Seasonal. Local. People relied on it to nourish their bodies, and it did exactly that.
As we got older, that early appreciation evolved into something deeper.
A fascination with health. A curiosity about performance. An obsession with understanding what helps the human body function at its best — having energy throughout the day, sleeping deeply, recovering well, staying strong and vital as we age. The more we learned, the more we came to realise:

We also came to understand that getting everything the body needs from food alone has become genuinely difficult. The way food is grown, processed, and transported has changed. We don't believe supplements should replace food. We believe they should support it — and be held to the same standards.
